Impressive Carl. I'm still a novice with just one lippage job under my belt. Any tips or tricks on how to avoid waves and dips? The only advice I've heard so far is a spiral pattern from Stu.

For those of you who are interested on how long it takes to complete certain jobs, we just completed a grind in place/lippage removal residential limestone floor, 1,200 sq ft working around/under kitchen cabinets, several hallways and a secondary kitchen. Took us a total of 5 days with working all the edges up to the walls and under the cabinets, not shortcutting and feathering in to the walls. we had 2 mechanics and 1 slurry sucker. No waves or dips in the floor when finished. We have to go back for 1 day and seal after the floor dries. We could have been done in 4 days and a day to seal but the price we charged the customer we wanted to take our time and make sure everything was perfect. We were the high bidder on the job and the customer kept on trying to get us down on price, we told them there are other companies that will do it for cheaper but if you want a perfect job you need to pay us perfect money.

P.S.
They found us and the other companies bidding on the internet so there were no recommendations
