The depth should be fine-matching the color and getting the correct chips is the hard part.
If you know the guys at T and M send them a sample piece- they should be able to match the chips.
you could dye some Portland but its hard to match that whitesh color if that what it is. 
Doesn't look like an area that needs to be perfect.
