Tony I do lots of repairs on white marble , counter tops  small pitting I filled with CA red label  little drop just enough to fill in and no accelerator will dry in few minutes then light sanding and polish , last few I used mb 12
If you decide to use accelerator use the  NC black label,  under any circumstances use green label will stain badly , that my advice hope helps you.

Thought about using solvent markers close colors. Adding clear fill and doing a light sanding.

Remove the fixture again and sand them out but you may be left with little white stun marks.

Subject: Light pit damage on marble

I have a carrera counter that was damaged by a plumber trying to remove the fixture.
You can feel the pits not real deep. What would be the best way to repair them? or blend them?
