Hi partners,

Several of these 4 year old slab showers in this house with moisture staining on floor and lower walls. Penetration was from perimeter. Poor caulking.
They stopped using 2-3 weeks ago. Also have radiant heated floor in showers that they turned up high the last week or so to try and dry it out.
Thinking about trying 40 volume peroxide cream to start. Then if it doesn’t work then get into a poultice with iron out. There is a slight yellowing that’s starting.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
