I use a Ninja portable extractor. It has 2 vacs, 1200 psi water pressure or maybe more?
Auto fill & auto dump. We get hot water from the Laundry room or the water heater.
It’s very easy to clean out too.
I’m going to add an inline filter same as one used in carpet cleaning before the unit just to allow the units filler to go longer before cleaning
I use a gecko tile wand with a brush head and a single jet for grout joints & pits.
I’ve had other portables and truck mounts.
This is by far the best unit I’ve had so far. I and my guys love it.
I payed about $3,500

We have used truck mounts in the past but that can be cumbersome working up eight stories in a building. I’m looking for a system in which I could strain out the solid part of the slurry, maybe some filter which would fit inside the machine. Let me know if you’ve got a favorite tool.
