My mailbox is getting flooded with these emails and it can be a challenge managing it all at times, as you all know. just want to remind partners about what this group is for, at least as far as I understand it, and that is to discuss UNIQUE problems for individual and mutual educational benefit. Efforts should me made to avoid using this group for personal messaging, and non specific questions, like "how do I clean a limestone floor". We don't want to create any dependency here that may hinder ones ability to think thru a situation, otherwise confidence will never be built. I will tell you that most of my solutions lately have been outside of what advise received here. There are so many variables you have to come to realize that in this business your best tool will always be your own brain. Use it.
