RE: [sccpartners] Job description for Supervisor John Freitag 18 Mar 2012 21:16 EDT

Paul,

I'll call you tomorrow, what you needs is a lead tech, then train him into a
GM position but he needs to know everything your guys know and more. I would
recommend you look at one of your tech to see if one of them will be
promotable. If you hire from the outside you will probably loose your techs.
they will look at their job as a dead end position . let talk about this and
then we can lay out a career path for that person .

Subject: [sccpartners] Job description for Supervisor

Partners
I am looking for a job description for a supervisor. I'd like him to run
crews, do ordering, maintenance etc. Basically I want to take myself out of
the operations or more specifically be able to oversee ops and not get stuck
on the truck. I have no idea what is a reasonable rate pay or what benefits
to offer.
All suggestions welcomed.
