I have this huge project I'm bidding on I plan on cleaning the floor with a low alkaline cleaner, and maybe hone a little using diamond impregnated pads ( 400 grit). Also going to use grout perfect on grout lines.   If you would do it another way please tell me I'm all ears

I know depending on traffic and maintenance, how long will grout perfect last
