Good afternoon!

I have a homeowner who is experiencing water behind her shower walls.
It does lighten up when it dries but it's happening every time she
uses it. The floor of the shower is 1"x1" glass and stone tiles. We
were thinking we could clean and hone it to lighten the dark areas but
I'm afraid it will come back. She said there's no leak anywhere and
it's been happening for years.

Any suggestions?
