Morning, I would first ask what did they use to clean the floors with and that will tell you where to begin. What does the client want ?? The original dull look finish or a gloss? If they want to go back to the original finish, I would find a spot and see what it takes to remove the sealer. I have seen those tiles and they are dull appearance and look nice.

 This is a tiled plank floor that we looked at. The original is very dull. The tile is shiny in some areas, the has some clarity in the reflection. If it is a topical sealer, it gave it the clarity reflection of marble.When scrubbed with a Magic eraser pad the areas are dull. There are some water stains. Any ideas on restoration would be appreciated. Outside patio has better reflection then inside.
