Terrazzo Repair:

What you need is clear epoxy, manipulate the color until you get the exact match.  Put in the matching terrazzo chips.  The main color chip on 90% of the floor is Ga white.  Then sand it down, if you don't feel the match is correct know the repair out and repeat.

Using White Portland cement can be used but, the floor has aged and fresh white Portland cement will probably make the repair look noticeable.  Use the epoxy if you strive for a flawless repair.
