It also depends on how big the job is and
how good a customer they are. We travel 4 plus hrs some times to do a job and I
will get $250.00 plus for a trip fee

I would agree with Brian. I do know that some of our guys have
told me from time to time that they charge a trip fee if the distance is
especially far. I've talked with a few that their services are requested out of
state or several hours driving distance away. In these cases, a trip charge
would be expected.
