Question 1:

I went to a customers home to look at a tile floor. I saw 2 different color tiles. The client swears that the tile was the same color until it was cleaning by a fire & water damage restoration. Have you ever seen a tile change colors from a cleaning? I haven't. Stupid question, have you heard of anything that can change the color of tile? What can my client do to get the tiles to match outside of new install?

 

Question 2: Have any of you heard that cleaning grout with more than 200 psi of pressure is damaging to grout. If so, why is that true?
