We like to make our own and keep them in stock.  I get a nice lined basket and put a few different things in it.  I like getting it from Stonecarecentral.com because we get great discounts, especially when buying cases.  I like to get the microfiber rag for dusting, windows/mirrors, the neutral cleaner and depending on what surface we have just restored, another products to try out.  Then I add a thank you note along with their warranty document.  For larger projects, I usually include a gift card.  Usually in the course of working with them I strike up a "casual conversation" getting to know them better,  So I if notice they like coffee, I will get them a Starbucks gift card.  I think Stonecare Central also has gift certificates that can be purchased, too.  I think it is a classy thing to do.  And each time I have done it, my customer calls me back to do another project for them within a few short months.

Thanks
