We&#39;ve used the poultice with Iron Out ans it works amazingly.  The only thing I would suggest is to make sure to read the directions carefully and wear a mask.  Iron Out seems to make me cough.<br><br>

The oxidation process needs moisture and I would suspect that this stone has gotten wet or is still wet. Before you can remove the rust you need to investigate to make sure the moisture source is eliminated. Once the moisture is gone you can attempt a poultice with Iron Out to remove it. </div>
