I have used a product called Clear Seal Plus from Super Krete they sell it at whitecap contractor supply.I have used this on Pavers,Saltillo and Slate for years works very well generally 2 coats.......However like many topical sealers it can become very slippery when wet as I know you mentioned it was for a ski resort something to make the client aware of.It's hard to find a product that is topical and shiny but not slippery.
