Hi Stu

Personally I don’t think I would venture into removing the lippage

What will you charge?

How much is the tile worth?

And porcelain is difficult to polish, or as difficult as granite

If there is no concern for budget than no issues of course but is the job merit that kind of budget

Try to stick with honing powders if possible. There are many grit types available.

But perhaps the client is of great importance and you must do it so again I emphasize testing areas especially in harder type jobs such as these.

Subject: [sccpartners] porcelain tile

I have an inquiry on 1000 sq ft of white polished porcelain that has wear in the trafficked areas. There is varied lippage but not severe. Has anyone had any experience working with this material and refinishing it to match the areas that are still factory.
