I’m confused, it there a SMELL or is there a burn mark on the
counter?
I not heard of a stone have a burn smell to it, I have however
seen burn marks, if it a smell , no sure why it would smell burnt have the
customer clean the area with a GOOD neutral cleaner ( Stone Care Central Daily
Clean )

after a company buffed her counter. It is only a small area, 8 inch spot. If
