there are several options
 
1.  Use one of the many anti slip products
2. Hone it
3. Apply a coating
4. Dont walk on it.
 
remember slip resistance takes two surfaces to slip...the stone and what someone is wearing. Also it depends on someones gate, etc.  Your best defense against slip fall lawsuits is to have a slip fall program.  I have written one and will soon be publishing it
