If the coating is removed it's removed how can you say he was better if you got the coating off also???
The question is can he do it faster and for less money.
We stripped floors for years with hot water extractor can be done no prob.......having said that I love using my extractor.
But the answer to your question can he do it better no, just faster and prob cheaper
