Until every state
requires some type of certification or licensing it will continue, and we are a
part of the problem for allowing it to happen. I have a client now that a
cleaning company used Viper Renew (acid) on marble. She’s covering the floor
with carpet. She not angry at the cleaning company, she’s angry with the retailer and the installer for not
telling her how to take care it. How many thousands of dollars worth of damage occurs
every year, I wish I knew ……… The negative impact on
consumers will have an effect the use of stone!
