Good Afternoon Partners!
The
Stone & Tile School is offering tailored classes to meet the partner’s
needs. We want to know what area of stone restoration and/or maintenance you,
your technicians, or sales managers are struggling with or where you would like
to increase your productivity ($$$$$).
Once we
receive your needs for training we will tailor the training program to
concentrate strictly on these needs and insure you are trained properly and
know you can walk away confident that your productivity and bottom line are
going to increase.
We
want to design a course for you with your specific company’s needs in mind so we can spend more time on
what you need, and not waste your time reviewing what you know. In order to
maximize the benefit of this class, each student will be asked to submit 4 to 6
areas you need additional training on.
This
will be hands on training. When you leave you will have the proper training to
improve your productivity and profitability.
Our
training ranges from teaching you how to bid jobs, proven methods and processes
to use once you land the jobs, to completing the jobs in a timely manner and
moving on to the next.
Our
bidding course is based upon actual time it will take to perform the job
using these honed methods. We’ll take the guess work out of bidding and give
you formulas that are simple and work for bidding jobs that create profit
.
