Georgia,
If you recall we discussed this during training, I highly
recommend the Intelligent Office, they have location all across the US and you
can customize the program to meet your needs.
They answer the phone with a live person, the answer using your company
name, they can interview the customer as to the needs they have. You can
even give them key question to ask the customer, they will set you appointment based
upon the times you tell them you are available for appointments, they set
the appointments and you can go to your calendar whenever you want to see what’s
been scheduled. They will even email you a map quest if you want.
For more information go to their website www.inteligentoffice.com
If you need additional information prior to contacting them call

Subject: [sccpartners] Virtual Receptionist
Hi group!
I am looking into using a virtual receptionist program. I have been using
My1voice.com but have found more hang ups and people annoyed with a phone
tree. I don't expect to hire a receptionist and I want to be free to run
all of my estimates and do all of my marketing without being tied to the phone
all day. So I looked into one company and wanted to knwo if anybody in
here has any thoughts or ideas for this.
Here's what I found...
http://www.virtualreceptionistservices.com/
They have a variety of services available. Mainly I want a human to
answer the phone professionally, set appointments and if the caller need to be
directed to an extension, transfer the call.
The pricing I received: $60 set up fee (or $120 set up fee with the use of the
calender for appointment setting)
$194.95 basic monthly service fee
$39.95 monthly fee for appointment setting
$0.14 per minute if they transfer the call to you and you answer the
phone. No extra charge if it goes into your voicemail.
To get started it is a 1 month up front and a 1 month refundable deposit
fee. Month to month contract.
Any thoughts?
Thanks all!
