This week I attended the class offered to Partners at The Stone & Tile School. I have to say that this was some of the best training I have received. John Freitag knows stone. He has a way of communicating that is straightforward and easy to understand. His facility is state of the art. Plenty of equipment, no waiting for machines and PLENTY of floor space to work on. The most valuable thing that I took away from the class is the confidence to go out and train my technicians to actually restore stone so that I can sell. Before this class I did not think this was possible. John also spent a great deal of time talking about the "business" side of our business. Sales and Marketing materials as well as a strategy to start cold calling and building my business. I highly recommend this school.
