Ray,

Green marble is not that had to do you need to first understand that most of not all green has very little calcium in it therefore polishing powders will not have the same reaction as other marble that calcium in them.

The process that I use and teach is

1.       Hone the floor from a grit you need to remove the damage up to 800

2.       Then take approximately 2 ounces of granite polishing powder and place it on the floor.

3.       Use a steel wool pad for the polishing.

4.       Then take a crystallizer an d wet the powder and start polishing and area of approximately 10 sq.ft.   ( 2 X 5  Area )

5.       Spread the polish quickly over the 10 sq ft and continue to work into the stone inutile dry

6.       As the powders start to dry out apply more crystallizer and work it until dry.

7.       If the shine is not where you want it apply a little more crystallizer and polish dry again.  By now you should have a great shine and finish.

8.       Once completed use a new steel wool polish and dry buff off any residue.

9.       If you want  more gloss  crystallize one more time.

CAUTION , THERE IS NO NEED TO OVER CRYSTALIZE THESE FLOORS A SMALL AMOUNT GOES A LONG WAY. USUSALLY ONLY A MIST ONCE YOU HAVE THE INITIAL POWDER WET. \

IF YOU NEED MORE INSTUCTION PLEASE CALL.

Ray:

Work it the same as other stones, only go up the grits to 3500 or I like going to 8500 resin, then to a mild polishing compound, I’ve heard the white areas in the green stone are sensitive to hotter polishing powders. Then hit it with light pass of crystallizer. If you can wait till next day to crystallize its better, it lets the stone dry some.

 Also Good luck
