Pressure clean it before? It would be nice if you could, that
also adds to the cost although. If they don’t want the extra cost, just do the
floating with traverfill. The floor will clean up nice when you come back the
next day and sand it with 400 resins and some Murphy’s oil soap in the water. I
use an auto scrubber to follow this process. It’s also scrubbing with a red pad
an rinsing. Remember to bring some traverfill for the final filling of holes.
You always have a couple that need refilled after all the machine work is
completed, but its minimal.
As far as pricing I estimate how many days it will take an bid
$1000.00 a day. This is good money for me. All my equipment is paid for so that
helps.
