You may also want to look at the Kaivac....its like a mini extractor..Really works good on grout cleanup and can elimate the use of a mop and bucket..A bit expensive but well worth it.

StoneCare Central offer several vac. For the price and the quality and the life I strongly recommend the Master Craft vac. I have used these vac for over 18 years and found them to be quiet, very dependable and priced right. You can buy cheap and replace every 6 month or you can buy quality and the machine will run for years.

These are the vac we use in  our training center and I used them personally in my restoration business.
