If I may give a little more about what John said.  When we went to Florida to take classes with John, I liked the vacuums because they have good quality wheels that make it easy to move around without scratching and they are very durable.  They are solid yet easy to take on job sites.

Robert,

StoneCare Central offer several vac. For the price and the quality and the life I strongly recommend the Master Craft vac. I have used these vac for over 18 years and found them to be quiet, very dependable and priced right. You can buy cheap and replace every 6 month or you can buy quality and the machine will run for years.

These are the vac we use in  our training center and I used them personally in my restoration business.

Would you all be kind enough to recommend a good quality shop vac that is not too large.
