Hi George:

I read Your comments , As you know there is only one way to fix it (scratches and traffic pattern in the stone floor) and that is to hone and polish. I personally never suggest any topic coatings for stone.  When I have those situations to bid on I make sure the expectations are low for the client for the final result,  if they only want to pay for a good cleaning. They need to understand all traffic patterns will remain it will be clean and that’s about it. That way they have no exceptions other than that.

Good luck

Subject: [sccpartners] Stone Finish

I cleaned a marble tile foyer for a customer today. She IS NOT wanting to go the restoration route. The floor cleaned up very well but has a definate traffic pattern and strictly in my opinion, this tile was manufactured with a topical finish.

My question. Is there a stone friendly topical finish to add some gloss to the tiles; as this is what the customer would like to have applied.

Thanks
