We have a Klindex machine, and recently it has started to leave a dark brown puddle on the floor after using it. Maybe it's oil or grease? It has also started creating a high-pitched whine.  Does anyone know what might be causing this?  If so, is this something I can service myself?  If not, does anyone know where I might be able to have the machine serviced - preferably somewhere near Austin, Texas.
