This can be done with an acrylic epoxy such as Akemi.  Start with ultraclear knife grade for one color, add a little white for another, add a little gray for another.  Mix about 2% hardener and then swirl the colors together just slightly.  Layer on the colors and overfill the area just a bit.  Let dry for at least 8 hours and then come back and refinish with polishing discs on a hand tool.  Calcutta is fickle so you will need to practice the aspect of blending to the existing finish a scrap piece if you can find one.
