A local distributer that I work with has a contact that recently moved from NY and bought a hotel in Arizona, not sure exactly what town yet.  There are porcelain tiles on the floor that the finish is worn off of.  Those are all the details that I have for now.  If there is anyone that works in Arizona that is interested in looking in on this please let me know and I will do my best to pass your name along.
