Does anyone know of a good sealer for stamped concrete?

I have a client who has interlocking pavers and concrete with hundreds of rust spots. I have a rust remover, but was wondering if someone could recommend another one that would not etch the concrete and pavers. What would you seal the pavers with. Thanks for any info.
