There are several abrasive guns that can shoot an abrasive on the wall..Take a look at one called JOS.
Baird,
Try a foam pump. It should do the trick.

Here's another question related to the subject: how do I keep the
chemical on the vertical surface so that it has time to dwell? Maybe
there's a way to soak terrycloth towels and tape up somehow? Also,
other than using an angle grinder with an abrasive pad, is there a
contraption that anyone knows about that can clean a vertical wall
abrasively ( I do have an attachment fom my whissper extractor)?
Thanks,
Baird

Not sure what some of the other stains are. We are doing a test late next week. Some areas of grout are deteriorating due to water damage, it appears, from the outside wall migrating in. Don't think the custormer is looking for perfection, just a better, cleaner look. Was wondering if anyone has experience as to efficient methodology - equipment, chemicals, techniques etc.
