First, if the foam is no longer there, then you can try removing the stain with a poultice (poultice powder and solvent such as MEK or metheylene chloride). It may take several applications.

If the foam is behind the the stone, it may be impossible to remove the stain.

The only solution then would be to remove the stone, then remove the foam, then either replace the stone or remove the stain and re-install the stone.
