The Fritztile is a manufactured terrazzo tile. The stone in the tile is set in a resin. If there is lippage it is due to improper installation  most likely or water  has lifted it up.
This is not a cheap tile. The manufacture only recommends this tile to be sealed and waxed to keep the warranty. Our arena in St Louis has this tile all through the building.
I have tested this tile years ago but I could not get the resin compound to polish and the tile will break almost like clay when you hold a piece in your hands.
If you find other solutions I would like to hear about this as well.
