My first concern is it might be stained. I would be careful using a pressure washer. In historic restoration we always go by the rule..The Gentlest method first,  I would try cleaning a spot with just a neutral cleaner first. Did you take moisture readings on the concrete?  this would tell you if it is still wet.  take your time and test, test test
