Don,
I agree with Fred. Try some neutral cleaner if that does not
work try some alkaline based cleaner, use a soft scrub brush, no pressure
washer. If you use an alkaline based cleaner be sure to rinse with a neutral
cleaner to bring the stone back to a neutral base.
As Fred stated check for moisture.

My first concern is it might be
stained. I would be careful using a pressure washer. In historic restoration we
always go by the rule..The Gentlest method first, I would try cleaning a
spot with just a neutral cleaner first. Did you take moisture readings on the
concrete? this would tell you if it is still wet. take your time
and test, test test
