Howdy Partners !

I have a customer with a newly installed limestone and marble floor.  the floor is honed and in one specific area ( about 5-8 tiles) there are white marks on the gray limestome that seem to have penetrated the honed surface.  the tile guy had them try to remove a mark with vinegar ) ouch!!!) and that left a semi dark ring around the white mark.  i was thinking of trying some 400 and/ or 800 honing powder to remove the white marks, but i fear that the honed tiles won't match the rest of the limestone tiles.  a funny thing is that the surrounding marble tiles do not show etching.
