Hi.  We have ben asked by a maintenance company to take a look at a 46x60 retail floor and recommend treatment, ranging from spot treatment (just repair a few blisters and spots where paint is gone) to full gamut (whatever that means).  The floor is concrete (or a concrete overlay) and has been painted or epoxied with a white glossy textured coating.  Other than a few spots where the paint is missing, and could be touched up with an appropriate coating, there are many places that have been abraded - it looks as if areas had been taped and then the tape was pulled off leaving worn but not missing coating.  My question is how to best treat the abraded areas.  Does this appear to be a special coating that can be easily matched?  Can abraded areas be touched up without much effort.  There are also many black rubber scuff marks. What do people use to get these off of a painted or epoxied surface.  See pix below.
Thanks for any comments!
