It looks like an epoxy broadcast floor where it was shotblasted in one area and a small section with a little delamination.  I would remove the small area that is peeling, run sanding screens over the rest and recoat with a colored epoxy. If you try to blend it the patches, will look terrible. Call up National Polymers Inc (NPI) for colored epoxy and also see if they agree with me.<br>

What do people use to get these off of a painted or epoxied surface.  See pix below. <div>
