I have used the planetary head for countertop, the machine is larger than I like and fine I have more detail work because I cannot get into the corners as good as if I use my 5 inch diamonds and my 7 pad for polishing. Butch tried the machine and he did not like it. He did 750 vanity top 2’ X 6 and averaged 20 to 22 vanity tops per day @$50 per top. He did then all with his Makita hand grinder 5 inch diamond pads and 7 inch polishing pad.
