Hi Guys,

I need some help.

We are rewriting/designing the Stone and Tile Care Guide. The new guide is much more robust and will include a lot more features including a custom intro page about you. (You provide the content. The page will be inserted in your guide.)

It also has much more information for consumers on what you guys do for them.

For the most part the guide is done. However, I'm missing some info.

Grout sealing: A lot of info has been provided on stone sealing including what sealing will do, how to know when it is time to reseal, etc. What can I say about grout? There is also a paragraph following the sealing topic asking the consumer "Is this a DIY project or should you hire a professional?" If anyone has anything to contribute about the benefit of hiring a pro vs. doing it themselves, it might be useful.

The beginning of the chapter on Professional Services tells consumers they should check out all contractors before hiring them. They should check with any state licensing boards as well as the BBB and they shouldn't hesitate to ask for refererences. Is there anything else I should include? Insurance?

On each specific service we are providing a write up of the services provided, what the consumer can expect and what they should look for in a service provider. I'm lacking a bit on Tile and Grout Cleaning & Restoration. This is what I have...

Tile & Grout Cleaning & Restoration

Tile and grout can be cleaned and restored to look brand new by a qualified tile & grout maintenance/restoration contractor. Missing grout and broken tiles can be replaced. Grout can be sealed to inhibit staining or color sealed to protect it and completely change its color.

Installers: I need to include something about hiring an installer (both tile and slab). Can anyone help me out?
