Debbie has it all worked out in a very sharp way, that we are all partners, and cross linked (links are everything) and this means higher ranking for everyone. Believe me, she is 10 steps ahead of us. All you can do is add content to your site by writing articles and adding helpful things for customers.

Not sure if you are all aware of this but part of being a partner gives us the resource of Deb Shaw and her daughter to optimize and super optimize our web presence. So I have been utilizing their services at a very reasonable price with good results. I think the $ you would spend to participate in a webinar would be better spent talking to Deb. Let's face it, we are stone guys, not web guys. Leave it to a pro.
