I have tried all suggestions. Packing tape, gaffers tape, staying away from the area and doing it with hand machines, honing powders, etc. I do not believe there is one solution. Is there lippage? Bottom line, I believe the answer will depend n the nature of the floor. Good luck.
Try honing powders 200 grit, 400 grit, polish.
Good Luck

I don't want to touch the granite. anyone have a technique to work around the granite?www.newlifemarblerestoration.com <http://www.newlifemarblerestoration.com>
