I am preparing a proposal for a hospital in my city for bathroom restoration. I am trying to also get them to sigh on to a maintenance contract after the initial job is completed. I have no experience in this area. Does anyone have a sample contract that they use and or any suggestions to help me land this recurring revenue stream?
