Zev:
I did that years ago, shortly after going to Fred H. school on
stone restoration(NTC).After it happened I called Fred, he suggested wipe it
off with a rag and acetone. I returned the next day to do the acetone and it
worked perfectly. Two jobs I’ve had this problem and both times it worked
great.

Sealant always works as does
acetone. The sealant should just activate it and in my experience you shoul;d
not have to buff, just wipe it off.

Hi
Whats the best way to remove sealer from a marble
countertop (custy put on a few coats and its sticky). Should I hit it with a
alkaline cleaner or should I put on more of the same sealer and buff it off .
Thanks
