Raynell,
This
is a Mexican tile that is VERY PORES, it usually has a coating on it thatÂ’s very
difficult to remove. The problem with this tile is many time when you strip it
the finish comes off. If you are going to do this job TEST,TEST,TEST
You
can only strip and apply a new finish , usually a waxed based
product.

Natural Stone Inquiry
Hello
all,
We have come across a natural stone that we have not worked with before and we
wanted to know if anyone in the group has come across this type of natural
stone. Also, if you have had any experience with this type of stone could you
please inform us as to what type of natural stone it is and the steps you took
to restore the stone. All input is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. (Pics
of the stone are attached to this e-mail.)
