Just dealt with the same thing. Not sure if it was silicone. Used a waterbased stripper, scrubbed with a strata grit brush, then 1200 psi w a turbo nozzle.

I have a client with an outside porcelain tile patio.  The stucco person over sprayed a silicone based sealer onto the tiles.  This left a milky haze on the tile.  Does anybody have any suggestions for removing this?
