You may try flexible grout (urethane based) like Quartzlock or Bostik.
They have almost 3mm of flexibility. You must remove of at least 1/8 in of old grout before you can install the new one. You install it like the regular grout but work in smaller sections. You clean however like an epoxy grout (lots of washing and changing water) and don't want to leave anything of it on the tile.
